It is a great privilege to share this website which contains a bit of the vision, work, spirituality, and values I bring to ministry. I bring to ministry a love for community, joy in worship, and a commitment to fostering our values as Unitarian Universalists individually, as congregations, and within the greater world. I believe that it is important for congregations to have strong lay leadership in balance with a strong minister and that each should help the other learn, grow, and transform over time. Ultimately, ministry is a collaborative effort where we live out the values of accountability, integrity, justice, compassion, and commitment together.
I am currently serving as Interim Minister at the May Memorial Unitarian Universalist Society, Syracuse, NY. I hope to spend the next year or two exploring more intentionally the systems and processes of the interim and tools that support congregations in their personal work. I have a passion for guiding our religious communities to be the most excellent and healthy congregations they can be to do their important work in the world.
With blessings on the journey!
Rev. Sunshine Jeremiah Wolfe, M.Div.
