Greetings!

Greetings!

It is a great privilege to share this website which contains a bit of the vision, work, spirituality, and values I bring to ministry.  I bring to ministry a love for community, joy in worship, and a commitment to fostering our values as Unitarian Universalists individually, as congregations, as denomination, and within the greater world.  I believe that it is important for congregations to have strong lay leadership in balance with a strong minister and that each should help the other learn, grow, and transform over time.  Ultimately, ministry is a collaborative effort where we live out the values of accountability, integrity, justice, compassion, and commitment together.
This page includes my writings, resources curated throughout the website, and more.  Eventually, I will include the writings of my mother, Sandra Snider.  My hope is that this website is meaningful, informative, and affirming.
